§ 94-19. Penalty provisions

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in section 94-18 or who shall violate section 94-16 shall be guilty of an offense, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500.00 or sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each violation. Each 24-hour period in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
